  1. First, sign up for our ambassador  program (details are listed below)
  2. Second, get the link that is unique to you.
  3. Finally, start to share your experience with Milan Art to your website visitors, social media followers, friends, and even family if you want. 

Anytime someone who uses your unique link visits our site and purchases any of our online courses, workshops, or Art Club, you’ll be rewarded with a commission—because you brought them there!

Remember, this is all about encouraging potential artists to step into their destiny and follow their dreams, so spread the word confidently!

How to Sign Up as an Ambassador

  • Step 1: Go to our Ambassador Signup page and create your username and password.
  • Step 2: Account Setup. You need to have a website or social media account to sign up to be an Ambassador. Enter your website or social media domain, what you specialize in, and what you use to drive traffic to your website or social account.
  • Step 3: Email Address and Confirmation. It is preferred to have an email associated with the domain you used in Step 2. You can use a different email—simply follow the instructions as they’re given;
  • Step 4: Contact Information. Fill in the blanks with your information. Complete a description of your website and marketing plans. State whether you have an incentive website and if you own the domain.
  • Step 5: Payment Information. Choose the method of payment you prefer.
  • Step 6: Terms & Conditions. Verify that you agree to the terms and conditions and that your information is correct.
  • Step 7: Confirmation Email. Click the link to confirmation as soon as possible.
  • Step 8: You will receive approval on your application within 3-5 business days.
  • Step 9: Once approved, login to your account and hover over the “Merchants” tab, then click on “Search For Merchants.
  • Step 10: Type in Milan Art in the search box in the upper left corner.
  • Step 11: Click on Join Program. Add a brief description of who you are, if you're a past or current student, and how Milan Art has changed your life.
  • Step 12: Check the box indicating you have agreed to the Terms & Conditions and then click Join This Program.
  • Step 13: Our approval process takes 2-3 business days. Once you have been approved, you will receive an email with instructions on how to proceed with sharing your unique link on your website and social platforms and with your friends and family.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. Simply enter the URL for your social media account when you are prompted for a website in the signup process. Some social media platforms may not offer the option to grab the URL for your account directly through the app. For example, if you plan to use your Instagram account, you will need to open up your Instagram account via a web browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc.) in order to copy the URL for your account.

Make sure you have entered a website or social platform URL during Step 2. You can do so by clicking the “Edit” link in the ACCOUNT DETAILS box on the left side of the page. You are requires to have a live, content-rich website or social media page written free of hate speech and adult content. You must also own and control the website you apply with.

Go to ACCOUNT > ACCOUNT SETTINGS > ACCOUNT PROFILE (the ID badge under Manage Features). You can enter in a description of your site and include marketing plans to let us know how you plan to promote Milan Art.

Payments are sent out on the 20th of every month for all locked transactions. If the 20th falls on a weekend, payments will be sent out the following Monday. You are eligible to receive payments once your account reaches $50 or more in locked transactions. 

We have a 30 day commission hold on all sales in order to account for our 30 day money back guarantee. This means that, oftentimes, your commissions will be paid out 2 pay periods from when the sale was made.

In order to verify that your links are working correctly please follow the below steps:

  • Copy the desired link you wish to test.
  • Go to REPORTS > TODAY AT A GLANCE. Under ‘Account Activity’ will be your total number of raw clicks for today.
  • Open up a new tab and paste the link into your browser. You may notice a sudden redirect, this is a good sign that the link is working properly as ShareASale uses this redirect to drop our tracking cookie.
  • Go to your Today At a Glance report and click refresh. You should notice the total number of clicks at the top of your report go up by one. This would indicate that the link is working properly as clicks are being recorded. Very rarely will clicks track and not sales.

The Milan Art Ambassador Program was created for you to encourage artists who have never heard of the Milan Art Institute to follow their passion and take the Mastery Program. Our goal is to reward you for using your network to spread the word about this amazing program. 

Here are acceptable ways to use your ambassador link

  • Creating videos promoting Art or the Mastery Program
  • Writing blogs that promote Art or the Mastery Program
  • Sending your link to your own friends and family
  • Sharing your link with your personal social media audience
  • Boosting or promoting a post to your social media audience

What is not acceptable

  • Messaging people who have already joined any of the Milan Art Facebook groups, including Mastery Program Waiting List and Milan Art Community and asking them to sign up for the Mastery Program using your link. 
  • Signing up for the Ambassador Program and then signing yourself up for the Mastery Program through your own link in order to receive ambassador rewards. 
  • Promoting your ambassador link in any way to someone who is already planning to take the program. 
  • Promoting false claims about the Mastery Program
  • Using paid advertising to promote your ambassador link against keywords or targeting related to Milan Art, LLC or the Mastery Program.

If you are found to be violating any of these terms and conditions Milan Art, LLC has the right to revoke your ambassador access and stop payments to you immediately and without notice.  

Once accepted as an ambassador, access to our full Terms and Conditions will be granted.
