Milan Art Institute is looking for graduates of the Mastery Program who are ready to share their knowledge and techniques with the next generation of students. If you took the program and fell in love with the vision of Milan Art Institute and you enjoy working with passionate people, then this job is for you.

This great position for an energetic people lover who is ready to guide new Mastery Program students through their experience and help them find their voice as artists.

For this position, you must:

  • Be a working artist painting and selling your art work consistently so that you yourself are a good example of a Mastery Program graduate.
  • Have an Instagram, Facebook, and website.
  • Have good technical skills and a solid style in your art.
  • Be positive and encouraging
  • Enjoy helping other artists
  • Able to put in around 7-8 hours per week, some weeks more, some weeks less
  • Be on the Facebook group daily, commenting, keeping up with the students, encouraging them, and critiquing their work.
  • Lead 1-2 group zoom calls each month.
  • Be present for weekly or biweekly meetings with the other coaches.

Are you ready to guide students personally through their artistic endeavours as they take the Mastery Program? Are you a one-on-one type of person who loves helping others? Milan Art Institute is seeking professional artists who have graduated from our school and are ready to pass along their secrets and foster relationships with new art students.

To apply, you must:

  • Be a working artist painting and selling your art work consistently so that you yourself are a good example of a Mastery Program graduate.
  • Have an Instagram, Facebook, and website.
  • Have expert technical skills and a solid style in your art.
  • Be positive, encouraging, and willing to spend time with your students throughout the program and afterward.
  • Enjoy helping other artists
  • Available 15-28 hours per week.
  • Lead 1-2 group zoom calls each month.
  • Comment and be active on the Facebook page for your assigned students.
  • Answer messages from your assigned students within 24 hours.
  • Host 30 minute personal zoom calls with each of your students once per month.

  • Are you an Adobe Suite wizard? Are you able to take direction and run with it? Are you a self-driven creator who’s looking to help impact the world?
  • As a designer for the Milan Art Institute, you will coordinate with our creative teams including copywriting, web development, and media production, to craft, develop, and publish high-quality, cohesive web designs for our artists and school. You’ll use your time-management skills to stick to hard deadlines and coordinate proofs and changes within a timeframe. Tasks may include, but are not limited to: eBook layout, website graphics, photo editing, email marketing graphics, product design, logos and other branded content.

  • Do you have the ultimate combo of design and CSS knowledge to produce amazing, vision-driven websites? Can you create that “WOW” factor that everyone is looking for? Do you understand eCommerce functionality?
  • As a web designer for Milan Art Institute, you’ll be bringing artwork to life through technical animation features of Webflow. We are looking for someone who is design driven and willing to take chances when designing new and exciting websites for modern artists. The ideal candidate has exceptional time-management skills, as well as the ability to coordinate reviews and proofs, and to produce projects on a deadline. The web developer will communicate with our web development, copywriting, and media teams to produce jaw dropping websites for our company.
