At Milan Art Institute, we prioritize your satisfaction with our courses, programs, and services. Below, you'll find our comprehensive return policy, detailing conditions for refunds, cancellations, and service usage.

Masterclasses and Courses
Include Masterclasses, Studio Sessions, Mastery Insights and Courses.
- Refund Requests: Refunds must be requested within 14 days from the date of purchase by emailing info@milanart.com.
- Eligibility: Refunds are only issued if less than 20% of the content has been accessed. Once the 20% threshold is exceeded, no refund will be issued.
Programs
Includes the Beginner Art Program and Young Artist Program.
- Refund Requests: You must request a refund within 30 days from the purchase date by emailing info@milanart.com.
- Eligibility: Refunds are issued only if less than 20% of the content has been accessed. Accessing more than 20% disqualifies you from receiving a refund.
Mastery Program
- Cancelations and Refunds: Refunds must be requested within 30 days from the purchase date by emailing your request to info@milanart.com.

Group Coaching
1. Monthly Subscription Plan:
- Access: The monthly subscription plan provides access to Milan Art group coaching and weekly Zoom calls. The subscription auto-renews monthly.
- Payment: You are responsible for recurring charges until cancellation. Payments are charged on the same day each month.
- Delinquent Payments: If a payment fails, we will attempt to charge your payment method 4 times within 2 weeks. If unsuccessful, your subscription will be canceled and your access to the group coaching spaces will be revoked.
- Cancellation: You can cancel anytime by emailing info@milanart.com. Cancellations are effective at the end of the billing cycle; we do not prorate for unused time.
- Refunds: Refunds are not available for the monthly subscription plan.
2. Service Usage:
- Your Responsibility: The Group Coaching service begins immediately upon payment. Unused coaching time is forfeited. No credits or make-up sessions are provided for missed time.
Personal Mentoring
1. Monthly Subscription Plan:
- Mentor Access: This plan provides monthly access to a mentor via Telegram and one 30-minute Zoom call per month. The subscription renews automatically unless canceled.
- Payment: You are responsible for recurring charges until cancellation. Payments are charged on the same day each month.

3. Communication & Technical Issues:
- Mentor Communication: Mentors are available via Telegram 6 days a week and typically respond within 24 hours. If you cannot reach your mentor or experience technical issues, contact info@milanart.com.
4. Mentor Changes:
- If your mentor becomes unavailable, we will assign a new mentor. You are allowed one mentor change per year if compatibility issues arise.
